What is hemp extract?
Hemp Extract is produced from industrial hemp that contains less than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis, It is extracted from the stalks and stems of the plant to produce the hemp extract which contain multiple cannabinoids. The hemp plant is full of non-psychoactive cannabinoinds and less then 3% of the psychoactive cannabinoids.
Are The CBD’ers Club products third-party tested?
Yes! You can find test results located under Product Photos. Take a look for further verification of potency and purity.
Will I test positive for THC?
Our products have absolutely no THC. Therefore, there is no chance THC will appear on your drug test from any our products.
How many milligrams of CBD are in 1.0 gram of pure CBD Isolate?
1 gram of Pure CBD Isolate is approximately 998 milligrams of CBD. Furthermore, 0.5 gram would be 499 milligrams and 0.1 grams would be 98 milligrams.
How much CBD is in each tincture?
Legally we are not able to give medical or dosage advice for our products. However, CBD affects everyone differently, so the product and dosage that works best for each person will highly depend on the individual and their needs. We always recommend starting small and seeing how CBD affects you and then going from there. The following is more info on how much CBD is in each drop of each Tincture. Drops obviously vary in size, but we can make a very educated guess:
One full dropper is approximately 1 mL. There are approximately 25-30 drops per 30mL (1oz.) Bottle.

How long does shipping and handling take?
On average, all packages are shipped out via USPS within 48 hours after payment has been processed successfully. We work normal business hours Monday thru Friday. Our policy states to allow 2-4 business days for fulfillment; however, this is in place to give Yosemite Hemp Club time to process all orders during periods of higher volume.
USPS Priority Shipping will take 2 to 4 business days to arrive.
Once your package has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number for your order.
Is Hemp Legal?
The legality of Cannabidiol from hemp is based on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally-occurring THC not contained within or derived from marijuana, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in Schedule I. RETURN PROCESSING: To return a product, you must Contact Us and submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. If the item is damaged or defective, we may request for you to email us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing an RMA number. For returns on promotional items, all items included in the promotion (free gift, etc.) need to be returned. When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND:
1. Reach out via the Contact Us* page to verify that your item is available for return before taking any other steps. A member of our team will get back to you with details on how to take the next step.
2. Repackage the item including all original parts, packing materials, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items for return must be unused and undamaged to qualify for the refund (exclusions apply, i.e., Risk Free Guarantee). Do not send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail or damaged in transit. Padded envelopes or boxes are required and are provided free of charge by USPS if sending Flat Rate Priority Mail.
3. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item or if you prefer to have a replacement sent out. If the original Packing List is lost, please include a note with your Order # and reason for the return.
4. For defective returns, you may be issued a pre-paid return label if we consider the return to be necessary. For non-defective returns, you will need to send the package back to the address which will be emailed to you by our agent.
5. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition.
6. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. *
*Please be advised that usually refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. In most cases, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.
